In Greene County magistrate court Phillip E. Lautner of Jefferson paid a fine of $65 and a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of violation of title – vehicles acquired for resale.
A judgment was entered against Dustin Axle Brobst of Perry on charges of open container of alcohol in a vehicle and disorderly conduct. He was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on each charge. A charge of trespass was dismissed.
A judgment was entered against Jon Mitchell Bushman of Scranton on a charge of assault-simple. He was fined $100 with a $35 surcharge.
Court costs were $60 in every case.

Judgments were entered against individuals for nonpayment of scheduled fines as follows (original fine listed): *Jeffrey Paul Olberding of Churdan operating non-registered vehicle, $50; *Eric Michael Heimerman of Perry, speed, $40; and Brittany Star Bowman of Jefferson, failure to have valid license or permit while operating, paid $180 of fine, judgment entered for remaining $20 fine and $70 surcharge.
